ATP needed to redesign one of the most complex self service solution in their portfolio. Through continuous user involvement and a close collaboration with key stakeholders at ATP we managed to reduce the complexity in the solution.
Danish Agency of Digitization wanted to explore and understand the future user journey for companies shifting from NemID to MitID. In a domain with a lot of unknown factors we wanted to have a pragmatic approach my exploring the user journey through prototypes and user test. The insights helped define and scope the future migration from NemID to MitID.
